Over the past two decades, he has distinguished himself both as a Top 100 International Agent with Re/Max in Toronto, earning the Lifetime Achievement award, and as a Head Coach with the Mike Ferry Organization.
In his roles with these organizations, as well as in his own businesses, John has mastered his management, organizational and business building skills. He employs these strengths not only in supporting the Canadian Region, but also in attracting the brightest talent into the organization.

For John, family has always come first. His wife of 21 years Sandra, along with his three children Alex (20), Janelle (18) and Shelby (13), keep his life joyous, adventurous, and love filled. He is a long time skier/snowboarder, windsurfer and golfer.
John is an energetic leader. His outlook is optimistic and his goals and expectations are high. He believes Keller Williams is the real estate company that will change the way agents do their business and lead their lives. He also believes the real estate consumer will be the ultimate beneficiary because of their relationship with a more balanced, well trained and skills based salesperson from Keller Williams.

RON KUBEK has always stood out from the crowd. At age 22, when many people have scarcely begun to vote, Ron was running for city council in his home town of Sidney. Not only was he elected, but he earned a reputation as a man of integrity and conviction. Always one to "call things the way they are," his straightforward approach and hard work on initiatives to boost the local economy, including a new 350-berth town-owned marina with upland development and a new whale museum, contributed to his re-election two years later.
